The Shady Day Band came together over a couple of years in the late 1960's from your typical backyard bands of the time. The final membership list consisted of John Snider and Jim Magnusson on the drums; Rick Pritchard on bass; Dan Gillespie on keyboards; and Ted Bayes and Chad Shue on guitar.
